RATES
All rates quoted are inclusive of local taxes & services
mentioned under the relevant service or tour. Rates are subject
to change without prior notice due to uncertain factors like
foreign exchange movements, increase in costs and other unforeseen
events.
2)
BOOKINGS CONFIRMATION
All booking are required through your local travel agent or tour
operator only. Direct bookings from passengers will not be entertained
Exact
number of passengers, including babies and children should be
advised on your booking request. Passengers names with relevant
ages for children need to be mentioned clearly to qualify for
child discounts where applicable. Service providers reserve the
right to inspect child(s) proof of age.
For Coach Tour : Every effort will be made to provide confirmations
within 24 hours whenever possible. This maybe subject to delay
over weekends - Saturday & Sunday and bank holidays. All confirmations
will be on time limit until a deposit or full payment is received.
ITINERARIES & TOUR CONTENT.
We reserve the right to change itineraries due to weather conditions
and other unforeseen events. As far as possible the printed itineraries
will be adhered to.
Hotels
listed under each tour will be used as far as possible. Although
no changes are anticipated we reserve the right to change hotels
where deemed necessary or advisable. Similar category of hotels
will be provided wherever possible in event substitution of accommodation.
We
reserve the right to cancel any tours due to sufficient demand.
Every effort will be made to offer alternative tours or refund
the full amount without any further liability.
One
piece of luggage is allowed per person.
PASSPORTS
& VISA.
Each passenger is responsible for their passport and visas'. A
valid passport and current visa's are required for tours. Please
check with your travel agent. In case of difficulties caused due
to non provision of valid passport & visa and the passenger
is unable to continue the tour it will be deemed as a cancellation
of tour without any refund.
A
refundable deposit, payable directly by client on/or before arrival
will be required by apartment companies against telephone and
fax charges, other services, damages and/or breakage. It is recommended
that the clients pay these by their credit cards where ever possible.
Certain
apartments do not have check in/reception facili-ties on Saturday
Sunday. However, every effort will made to provide the apartment
keys to clients either at airports or by caretaker of property.
There will be an extra charge for this service.
Sight
seeing tour operators reserve the right to change itineraries
or cancel itineraries due to weather conditions, lack or minimum
passengers and other unforeseen events. As far as possible the
printed itineraries will be adhered to.
A
full effort will be made to provide confirmations within 24 hours
whenever possible. This is subject to delay over weekends - Saturday
Sunday and bank holidays. All confirmations will be on time limit
until a deposit or full payment is received.

PAYMENTS
All payments are required in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) or
local currencies. Full payment is due on confirmation of services
from our side, except apartments, where full payment is required
on re-confirmation from your side. All reservations on time limit
will automatically be cancelled if payment confirmation is not
received.
4)
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation policy will be adhered to very strictly.
Hotels - 24 hours prior to check in without any charge.
However, certain resorts and during trade fairs hotels demand
longer cancellation terms. These should either be mentioned alongside
the rates or will be advised on confirmation.
Apartments/Villas
- Once confirmed by you the full stay becomes NON REFUNDABLE.
In case of cancellations the property managers may consider refunds
if property is sold out during the dates booked by you. This is
totally at property managers discretion.
Transfers - 24 hours prior to utilisation of
services without any charge. No shows are charged @ 100%. It is
the passengers duty to call the contact telephone provided on
the confirmation in case they are unable to see the chauffeur
or contact person.
City Tours - 24 hours prior to commencement of
tour without any charge. Some progarmmes like night clubs require
longer cancellation advice.
Coach Tours/Cruises/Rail Journeys/Packages - Once confirmed
by you the tour operating company and cruise line will apply its
own terms depending on the take up of the tour. General guidelines
are as follows:
More
then 45 days prior to depature - 10%
More then 21 days prior to departure - 20%
More then 07 days prior to departure - 50%
Less then 7 days prior to departure - 100%
Car Hire - Once confirmed by you the general
cancellations terms are:(Minimum USD 50 or equivalent)
7 or more days before start date 15%
6-3 days before start date 50%
2-0 days before start date 75%
